Leading without a License
As women in ministry leadership, we sometimes find ourselves in situations that we didn't expect and dealing with circumstances which sometimes cause us to question our calling and leadership capabilities. In essence, we feel like we are leading without a license-without the structure and knowledge of how to get through it. But the answer is not to give into the doubt or throw in the towel. The answer lies in grabbing hold of the 4 S’s: Surrender, Sacrifice, Structure and Success. In this workshop, we will learn how these four words can help keep us sane in times of insecurity and doubt, and how they can help reaffirm that we are called by God to do a unique work, regardless of our circumstances.
Picture the faces of those who have poured into you, making it possible to be who you are today. God empowers mentors to influence and embolden those in their sphere. Now, think about this: who is picturing your face when they think of a mentor? If you desire to strengthen others in their walk with God. If you aspire to effectively influence another in becoming the leader God created them to be. If your hard-earned wisdom might serve someone less experienced. Or, if you have a heart to mobilize the next generation for God’s kingdom, The Power of Reaching Back is for you. This workshop will provide you with a framework to empower those you are leading. God has given you influence. How will you make the most of it?

Your Life Now: Discerning God's Plan for Your Life and Leadership
So often as leaders we keep pace with our ministries by attending to the tyranny of the urgent without taking the time to stop and look at our lives to see what God might be telling us about our present and our future. The constant pressure to keep up often prevents us from listening to God and our own personal desires. And more often than not, we can easily begin to suppress our God given hopes, dreams and desires to fulfill the task and ministry at hand. In this workshop, you will learn a life mapping skill that helps you discern what God might have for you both now and in the future. You will be encouraged to apply this map to your life in such a way that it becomes a life-giving resource to your ministry and leadership.
